The Internal Revenue Service released the federal withholding tables to help employers figure out how much tax to withhold from the employer’s paycheck. The IRS Publication 15 includes the tax withholding tables. From 2020 and beyond, the Internal Revenue Service will not release federal withholding tables Publication 15. Instead, you will need to look for the Publication 15-T.
The IRS Publication 15-T gives employers everything they need to know about tax withholdings. By simply looking at the standard withholding rate schedules, you will know how much tax to withhold from your employees’ pay.

The full tax withholding tables for 2020 published on the IRS Publication 15-T can be downloaded below. The tax withholding tables start on page 7. However, we recommend reading it from the start. Especially if you’re withholding tax as an employer for the first time.
